1. Who does take care for the booking and who is responsible ?
All the bookings are ensured by ALLCZECH Travel Prague. ALLCZECH is here for you to solve prospective problems during your stay.
2. How much do we charge for the booking?
Nothing! All the booking services are free of charge and in most of the cases our prices are lower than the rack rate in the chosen lodging place. We charge the cancellation fee according The Cancellation Conditions - see subtopic 7
3. Price policy, what does the price include?
We try every time to offer price lower than the price you would be cashed in case you contact the hotel directly. We guarantee that our prices are never higher! Extra-special discounts are indicated separately.
The price includes breakfast, local tax, VAT and final cleaning (if not stated otherwise).
4. Is there a discount available ?
YES! Your price is atomically decreased for 10 - 5 % compare to the rack rate of hotel.
We provide discount for group ´s bookings (15 persons and more), students, children and long term accommodation. Group ´s and other discounts are based according "ad-hoc" conditions.
Prospective discounts will be mentioned and confirmed in your reservation.
5. How can I make the reservation of accommodation and common services ?
You can use a booking form and send a not binding reservation. Open the booking form (by a click), fill-up the form and send it.
6. Are the sending personal dates secured ?
In case of not binding request are the dates sent in a form of an e-mail, that means they are not secured. In case you are afraid to send the dates by e-mail, use please fax number: +420 257 812 287-9.
7. What is the system of payment?
You can use a credit card (Amex, Visa, Eurocard - Mastercard) the easiest way of payment or send a money by a bank transfer (closer details about the method of payment are mentioned in a concrete offer). In case of using your credit card, amount in the value of the first night will be block 10 days before arrival. According a deal the amount for whole stay can be paid in advance.
By default payment for the booked services will be made after your arrival in the reception desk or the ALLCZECH representative. Dates from your credit card can be sent by fax to ALLCZECH TRAVEL - +420 257 812 287-9
8. How does it take to receive a reply and what does in include ?
Latest within 24 hours. The reply includes your Booking Number and the offer our services.
In case you filled-up the field "Or similar", our answer can include an offer of services similar compare to your original requirements. Keeps the same level and price.
The reply includes also the date when the reservation has to be confirmed from your side.
9. Can I cancel the reservation which has been booked already ?
Of course! In case you cancel the reservation up to 6 days prior arrival, the cancellation id free of charge. In case of late cancellation - later than 6 days prior arrival, you will be charged for cancellation fee in the value of 1 night.
10. How I will identify myself in the hotel ?
You will present the confirmation of reservation form ALL CZECH TRAVEL in the hotel (booked on your name)
11. Is there anything else I have to pay in the hotel ?
In case you have paid whole amount for all the requested services by a credit card or a bank transfer in advance, you will pay just the extras (mini-bar, phone calls
etc)
In case you haven´t paid, you will pay everything in the hotel together.
12. To whom should I contact in case of prospective problems?
