The art nouveau house is a national monument of culture and was built in 1913 in the historic centre of Prague on the bank of the river Vltava between the National Theatre and High Castle (Vysehrad). In the immediate neighborhood are the stations for the tram and metro. The position here is ideal because of the easy access to historical monuments and cultural buildings in Prague. In front of Residence STANDARD on the bank of the river Vltava is the only sand beach in Prague and for anglers the river offers the possibility to fish.

The house has 5 floors, a lift; on the ground floor is a restaurant with air-conditioning and well-known excellent food with the possibility of a breakfast in buffet style. For the guests is a closed car park or an independent garage at disposal for extra fee. For the guests of the Residence STANDARD the internet on the reception is free. The reception arranges sightseeing tours in Prague, excursions to several places with cultural monuments in the whole Czech Republic inclusive guide, besides a reliable taxi to the airport and other places outside of the city and other services.
